Welcome to MJB '97
While our 3rd Annual tournament had a small field of only seventeen golfers, we still had a great
time and we hope you did too!
Jackie Hartzell smoothed her way to a 79 to win the Women's handicap trophy, and Rick
Brochowski talked his way around the course in a noteworthy 82 strokes to win the Scratch title.
(Sorry Dad, I couldn't resist!) John Siemer, playing what he called "one of the best rounds of my
life," not only fired an impressive 65, but also picked up two skins along the way. A special note of
commendation goes to Frank Garbuglio who set an MJB skins record. Frank snagged four of eight
skins awarded and took home $32.00! (Subtracting his entry fee, we paid him $7.00 to play golf!)
