Welcome to Golf for Joy 2004!

Wow! Ten years has gone by very
quickly and this years' tournament
marked a significant milestone for
The MJB. We want to begin by
thanking everyone for their continued
support throughout these 10 years,
and most especially for the tremen-
dous response and aid in our efforts
this year to make our event and our
foundation bigger and better in mem-
ory of Meghan Joy. It is our hope
that through this foundation Meghan
Joy and her story will continue to
have an integral effect on many lives
for years to come.

The tournament this year has changed and grown quite a bit. We wanted to make this
year's event the best ever and most importantly to have an impact. Following the
example of Meghan Joy, our friend and Foundation Executive committee member
Lorne Weigt attacked this challenge with every ounce he had to make sure we
accomplished our goal. Thank you Lorne for making this happen.

From Meghan, and because of Meghan, we learned to attack each day with
enthusiasm. We learned to reach out and make things happen
for us instead of waiting
for them to happen
to us. We learned to face each new challenge head on, with our
entire being. We now know the value of living and giving a total effort. We've tried
very hard to continue that legacy as we prepared for the 10th Annual tournament.

Jim and Annette
What a day it was! As I look back
on the day, I am in absolute awe -
and you are part of the reason.
Incredible is the only word I can
think of to describe the support we
received from everyone involved in
this year's tournament.

From the very start of the day when
everybody bought raffle tickets as
they arrived at the course, to the
16th hole where we were fortunate
enough to have Byers Dublin
Chevrolet's incredible generosity
displayed in the form of a hole-in-
one prize like The MJB has never
seen before, to the after-party at
Bww Georgesville where Michael Cuper of Buffalo Wild Wings went out of his
way to give us the best "post-tourney gathering" we have ever had, to the
after-after party at our house where Matt Covert and his band
Crazy Drunk
Uncle entertained us all - the day was beyond our wildest dreams.

The MJB foundation is truly taking off, just as we had dreamed. Annette and I are
so grateful for your support. Of course, none of this would have been possible
without our friend Lorne Weigt, who everyone will agree did an absolutely
fabulous job of making this day so very special.
Thank you Thank you Thank you!!
